看到蠻多人反應遊戲問題希望機率可以再設定好一點沒失誤然後買牌買了一萬多塊遊戲幣還沒有抽到相關數字卡有點離譜了或是加入好友每日互送金幣等活動期待改進的那天

I have already replied hundreds of times stating that I have an issue, yet I still have not received any response at all. This includes sending emails, which also went unanswered.In this recent case, the game clearly showed that I was supposed to receive a reward. However, after the spinner was triggered, the game crashed. Not only did I fail to receive the reward, but the spin attempt itself also disappeared.I spent a significant amount of money, yet ended up receiving absolutely nothing.

Poor rewards and system to earn money

The cost for buying coins to play is high. In addition, there is system bug that the rewards won’t be given and stole your money! For the task asked me to collect almost 600 hearts and will give awards, but when I completed the task, it just showed system error please restart, and all hearts disappeared and no rewards. The calculation of the hearts restarted. You will spend money and be stolen by the system! That’s ridiculous and make the consumers angry😡
