This application is mainly designed for authenticated interviewers of the Diversify-CCAM to collect anonymous questionnaires from people. It navigates them to the questionnaire and also enable them to edit their account information and monitor their activity. It can be also by unauthenticated users, to anonymously fill a questionnaire.
