关于如何取消订阅

您可以通过下列步骤，检查是否已开启自动续订功能，并关闭该功能以避免产生不必要的自动扣费。
1.前往“设置”。
2.轻点“iTunes Store 与 App Store”
3.轻点屏幕顶部的 Apple ID。
4.轻点“查看 Apple ID”。您可能需要登录或使用 Touch ID。
5.轻点“订阅”。
6.轻点本应用的订阅项 (如果本应用未列在其中，表示您从未开启过本应用的订阅，因此不会被自动扣费)
7.轻点“取消订阅”或“取消试用”以取消您的订阅或试用。

取消订阅后，您在当月的订阅到期后就不会自动续订了，也就不会产生相应的后续费用了。取消订阅后，您在当前订阅期满前仍可使用所有内容。之后您也可以随时手动续订。

I don’t want to use the features

When I downloaded this app, it forced me to subscribe it with monthly project with my Apple ID. And now I receive the bill with payment even though I never use it !

I’m very angry and does anyone tell me how to unsubscribe it ? How do you refund the payment NT$810 to me?

Hello!

Please follow the steps to cancel the auto-renewal of it, to avoid unintended costs:

1.Go into your iOS device's "Settings"
2.Tap on "iTunes & App Stores "
3.Tap on your Apple ID at the top
4.Select "View Apple ID "
5.Tap "Subscriptions"
6.Tap to manage the subscription to the app (if there is)
7.Tap "Cancel Trial" or "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Make sure to cancel the auto-renewal of your free trial or active subscription more than 24 hours before the renewal date, otherwise your subscription might renew. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription automatically.

If there are no Subscriptions or Banuba app isn’t among the apps you are subscribed to, it means that you don’t have a subscription.

How can I stop subscription

When installing, This app asks me to put finger on Next. And all of a sudden, it shows thank you for purchasing. I don’t want to purchase anything! And I can’t find the account setting to stop subscription. Please tell me what to do.

If you subscribed occasionally and want to cancel it, you need to go to your Apple ID settings --> View Apple ID --> Subscriptions and cancel there. You can also use the free version of the app which has automatic enhancement mode and works as you normal camera. Just open the app and take better shots.
