Once pre-registered, the visitor simply needs to verify their identity and check in—no need to re-enter details. Appointment-Based Check-In The app supports appointment scheduling, allowing visitors to confirm their details upon arrival and directly proceed with check-in. This is ideal for organizations that manage multiple scheduled meetings and appointments daily. Returning Visitor Check-In Visitors who have previously checked in can use the ‘Visited Before’ feature to speed up the process. By entering their registered email address and phone number, their past details are retrieved for quick verification and entry.
