Try out someone else's face LIVE! Feel what it's like to talk wearing that face, to be that person. Add your face to the platform to FaceShare your essence with the world. The indie augmented reality developer named @yosun had an interesting discussion with Tommy Wiseau at SXSW 2017 that went like: TW: If a lot of people understood each other, what it's like to be each other, the world would be a better place to live. YC: zOMG, what if people could share their faces with other people to let them try out what it's like to visually be someone else even for a moment?! FaceShare was born out of the need for a network where people connect simply to share the experience of being them -- visually. You can submit your face (or that of your consenting friends) to the system. You can try on any face in the system. People can heart each face to have the face rank higher in search results. This system is completely race-gender-looks agnostic, despite ample machine learning tools to enable otherwise. The tags that pop up per face that you onboard are completely randomized. The search results are also completely randomized. However, people who receive more "hearts" are featured higher in main search results. So, if you like a face, do fave it -- regardless of its race or gender or other non-universal-beauty biases. Do FaceShare - Help us share the love of being. Please note: All faces are user-submitted.
