Organize by project
Create separate projects for each app, website or API you're working on. Give each project its own icon with custom colors, symbols or photos.
Prioritize what matters
Assign high, medium or low priority to every task. High-priority items always appear at the top, so you never lose sight of what's urgent.
Set deadlines
Add optional deadlines to tasks and get notified 1 week before, 1 day before and on the day. Overdue tasks are clearly marked in red.
Stay on top with widgets
Add a home screen widget that shows active tasks from your most recent project — or pin a specific project. Tap to jump straight into the app.
Track your progress
View statistics on completed tasks, completion rate and average time to completion — both overall and per project.
