Fix for bug when adding thread lists

Fixes a few small bugs. Adds the ability to save lists as PDF, print them, or email them.

We have added the ability to create your own custom thread lists. This allows you to maintain lists of threads used with specific designs or projects.

Thread databases updated, bugs fixed, and made compatible with all devices using iOS 11. This version also supports export and import of the Organizer and Shopping List databases for backup and sharing.
