The short daily exercises and therapies used within the Gheorg app provide positive neuro-shaping for long term mental health improvements. Gheorg uses the most up to date psychological science therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). These therapies help children better understand emotions and strengthen their emotional intelligence. Gheorg is on a mission to end childhood anxiety.
