I've been a paying user of Heptabase for a while, but my recent experience has been quite frustrating.Frequent updates can be a good sign of an active development team, but in practice, Heptabase's constant updates sometimes cause more issues than they solve. If you don’t update, the mobile and desktop versions fall out of sync. But even after updating, core issues persist.For instance, after the latest update, no matter how many times I refreshed, logged out, or restarted, I simply couldn’t get the desktop app to sync with the latest notes from my mobile device. For a tool that positions itself around serious knowledge management, this kind of sync failure is a deal-breaker.Given the price point of the service, this level of instability is hard to justify. I genuinely hope the team can prioritize stability and core functionality over constant feature rollouts.
