Ordered food from this app and the rider didn’t deliver the food to my location, I contacted the service agent and asked them to send another rider to deliver my food, however, the service agent didn’t solve my issue at all and blame on me that I didn’t pick up my food, because I was not reachable so that they cannot give me a compensation, which is totally a lie! I didn’t receive any call from them and they lied that they try to call me and saying that I didn’t answer the phone, they blame everyone on me so that they don’t need to give refund to me, the rider is the worst, the service agent is the worst and this app is the worst! Strongly not recommend this app, better to use Uber eat or other apps, they can best assist the customers! If the restaurants gave the wrong items, you still cannnot ask for a refund, the service agent will just tell you to write a feedback to the restaurant, there’s nothing they can do!!! This is ridiculous!

The app allows for orders to be placed even when a specific restaurant is not available or closed, with the result that people might lose money if they don’t notice that. It might be a problem with the app or with the system overall, but for sure it must be fixed
