Since the system kept asking me to log in again and again, I decided to update the app. However it still doesn’t work, so I keep getting logged out of the system. Hope to get fixed soon

Having trouble in “library” item

Nothing appear when I select “library”. I can’t open the “library” and use something I saved in the library. The problem hasn’t resolved for a long time.

Nothing appear when I select “library”. I can’t open the “library” and use something I saved in the library. The problem hasn’t resolved for a long time.

Restore data connecting to App Store isn’t a wise choice

I’ve purchased the contents and I want to see those contents on either my iPad and windows systems laptop. But unlike the pc ver. the App Store ver. after update the app just can’t specify my account that had already buy the contents. Is it mean that user using devices crossing windows and iOS platform need to buy the plane twice so that to be able using the app advantage, using it on 2 device?
