I have just downloanded the app and upgraded to Premium and it seems to have been a waste of time and money because the app is failing to work. Whichever transfer I am trying to do it doesn't recognize my data: shows zero tracks on a playlist that has more than 80 tracks (working in another apps) and even when it did see those tracks the transferrinf process stayed on 0% for a very long time without telling me what the problem was. It doesn't seem to be working for me at all, I only hope that I can give a star for their customer service.
