Great at Taking Money, Terrible at Giving Rewards

Absolutely disappointing experience. I even spent real money on this game because I enjoyed it and wanted to support the developers. I invested a huge amount of time completing a Tapjoy offer, and the early milestone rewards were successfully credited, so I had no reason to doubt the system.However, after reaching the high-level milestone, the reward suddenly disappeared. My support ticket was permanently closed with a vague “Terms of Service violation” excuse, yet no explanation was provided about what rule I supposedly violated.It is amazing how everything works perfectly when the rewards are small, but once the reward becomes valuable, suddenly there are “issues.”I completed the requirements through normal gameplay, spent countless hours, and even paid money for this game. This is how paying players are treated? A copy-paste response and a closed ticket instead of an actual investigation?If you are considering spending time or money on this game, think twice. You may put in days or weeks of effort only to have your reward denied with no clear reason.After this experience, I will not spend another cent on this game. A company that cannot properly handle reward issues does not deserve further support from its players.

This game used to be the top slots app. I have been playing regularly since 2019. However, recently, I don’t win anything with the free coins. The game wants you to purchase coins. If I purchase coins (which I did recently), I win. If I don’t purchase coins and play with the free coins, I don’t win anything and the coins are gone within 5 minutes. Not a fan anymore. There are better, less ad pushing/coin buying slots apps. NOT recommended!
