Show time of Water World on app didn’t reflected real situation. They said you have to reopen the app to get the updated time. What kind of design is this? What’s more, there is no way you can manage the order or priority of contents in the itinerary function. Try it and you will know what I mean. Please learn from Disney’s app. They did a great job.

Bought tickets using the app. Money paid but no tickets were issued. Had to use guest service. Almost ruined the vacation. A total waste of time!
This latest app update includes bug fixes and other enhancements so you can continue to maximize your visit to Universal Studios Hollywood!
