My drone can’t claim automatically

I wondering how can I let my drone always auto claim.Most of the time I put my app in the background and sometimes I just close it.Sometime it can claim automatically but few times when I open the app my drone shows”collecting” but seems it didn’t work.

Hello, thank you for your review!Before activating the drone, make sure to choose a task for him. You can do it by pressing the "actions" button
