Passport detail
Very stupid app ever
All the other airline they are making all online check in procedure easier, but only TK is making more complicated and troublesome .. especially for groups… Emirates also flies to many countries, but on their page as group, we only input tickets numbers and surnames are enough.. but TK is asking not only passport details and more than that, you ask for Visa details.. we have more than 30 pax, you know how much time we need to spend on iPad to fill all the details!!!!???? The ground staff they scan passports and they check visa, and passport control in Istanbul they have infor in their system too!!!! And, since we already fly to Türkiye, there are details in your system and why we need to input again for flying back???? Don’t be ridiculous for this kind of requirements !!!! Make things easy !!!!!I know Turkish airline never cares customers satisfaction, all the surveys are just for misleading others about your image!!!

Claiming miles for a Star Alliance flight, the app has let me input all the data, but does not allow me to input seat number, so I cannot proceed. Bug or feature?

Throughout the past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to create my members account, but no matter if I sign up from this app or pc version, it never lets me continue to the next step after filling out all the informations. I am in quite a hurry to book my flight so It would be amazing if anyone can help me with this issue...
