Malfunction

Initially it was ok, just took a little long to open the app and for the device to react to the commands. Now the on and off buttons in the app are not even responding/working more than half of the time. Turning on and off the lights has turned into a surprisingly frustrating and time consuming task. There’s something wrong with this app. The stars are for the nice light bulbs.

The device is unreliable. It kept being offline with Google voice device. Tried Help with Feit app and was not helpful. The app couldn’t even allow for submitting the feedback. Submit button is grayed out. What a disappointment!
