Original Route: Start from Flagstaff or Williams Junction and drive north into the park via the main South Entrance.
East Route: Start from Flagstaff or farther north along Route 89 and enter the park via the East Entrance.

What to Expect:
On the 3 – 4hr drive to and along the Grand Canyon South Rim, listen to fascinating stories and hear useful tips for getting the most out of your visit to the park.
On the way there, we’ll offer some cool insights into how this canyon formed, give you some insights into the tribes who once lived here, tell you about some of the local wildlife, recount the drama of some unscrupulous entrepreneurs, and a whole lot more.
Once inside the park, we’ll head for the best viewpoints of Mather Point in the south or Desert View in the east, then make our way to Grand Canyon Village, home to the ever-popular South Rim Trail. Our drive also extends along Desert View Drive, to some unbeatable viewpoints like Grandview Point and Navajo Point, culminating with a visit to Desert View Watchtower.
The tour officially starts and ends at Williams, Flagstaff or Cameron. Or you can join and pick up the commentary anywhere along the route. Narration will automatically trigger at the next commentary point.
