I purchased the pro and it never became a pro account. And when I send emails to the support all they replied was that my account wasn’t linked to WordUp, but the account I used to sign up was that exact account I used to send them emails. This is already the second time I purchased and it never worked. And now I wanna cancel and it’s within 14 days and it doesn’t let me.

There are some errors happened on when I reopen the vocabulary review after closing it, it shows nothing and the screen is black..
