If you subscribe via in-app purchase:
You will be charged with your in-app purchase account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off within at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your TVBAnywhere+ Premium plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions:
1. This payment will be charged to Apple Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
3. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users’ iTunes Store and App Store Settings after purchase. Uninstalling the TVBAnywhere+ App does not automatically end your subscription. Please visit the Apple store to view, change, or cancel your subscription policy https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT202039 for service cancellation. (Note: Per Apple's cancel policy, this service will be automatically renewed for 1 month if the customer fails to turn off Automatic Renewal more than 24 hours before the renewal date.)
4. This Premium SVOD service is only available to existing Basic/Free Zone Service customers. Upon termination of Basic/Free Zone Service for whatever reason, this service will be automatically terminated at the same time and no refund or offset or transfer of fees paid will be provided.
5. TVB Anywhere+ service is provided by TVBI Company Limited ("Company") subject to the terms and conditions in "TVB Anywhere+ Terms of Service". 6. TVB Anywhere+ is only applicable to compatible devices and designated mobile operating systems. Please visit https://www.tvbanywhere.com/en/webtv/tutorial for details.
7. TVB Anywhere+ supports *global access to allow you to view TVB content anywhere. *Global access except for Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, and the USA. Available territories are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
8. Company reserves the right to change, replace or withdraw any program(s), channel(s), pack(s), and/or content(s) (whether advertised or not) at any time with or without notice. Company accepts no liability for any such change, replacement, or withdrawal.
9. Company reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate (all or any part of) the above offer or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Company reserves the right of the final determination.
