I purchased the game within 24 hours after I first downloaded it. But Somehow all of a sudden the confirm key button became transparent and would not work at all. Even if I close the game, restart the game again and again, or even delete the app and reinstalled it, it’s all in vain. I was winning with wild cards, but because of the malfunction, I lost it again and again just because I could not hit “confirm” key. Please fix it ASAP.

While the gameplay isn't difficult and the design is interesting, the developer's approach is really frustrating.The AI often completes all the card requirements on the first move and keeps drawing special cards, whereas the player’s cards are nowhere near the target, even when everyone else has finished. This means that, right from the start, you can often tell you won't be able to win.Every time the game starts, it automatically selects a special card item for you, and you have to manually deselect it each time, which is quite annoying.Typically, in most games, you don't lose energy after completing a level. However, in this game, you have to use energy multiple times within a single level, and there’s no refund or compensation mechanism. The energy is not only limited but also regenerates very slowly. With only 50 energy points available, and each level requiring at least 2-3 uses of 5 energy points, you can only play 2-3 levels each time or less, because the AI keeps winning, and leaving no chance for players to play their cards.Overall, these elements seem deliberately designed to make players spend money, leading to a very poor and frustrating gaming experience.

We do understand the game has its unpredictable moments due to the random shuffling and dealing of the deck to all players including opponents. Unfortunately, a randomly shuffled deck is not going to be fair all the time and as a result, there will be times when players may encounter unlucky streaks such as the one described. We apologize for those occurrences and agree with you that it sucks to have to play with such hands but we also want to assure you there are also instances where you will be dealt a fair to strong hand as well to help you with your progress. However, the starting hand does play a strong factor in the outcome we also emphasize utilizing patience and consistent strategy to further overcome any challenges you face. Many of our players never spend anything in the game, in-app purchases are always optional. We will forward your feedback to our team for consideration.

I love Phase 10 but after Level 20-ish, the other players (computer) will have lots of wild cards and if you don’t spend money and buy diamonds to buy wild cards, you need to play all over again at least twice to win. Which is quite frustrating because it’s really not fair🥺
