Disappointing. Potential system bug can crash your drone

Before buying NEO 2, watch out. Got Neo 2 a week ago and bought insurance. A disaster took place right at the first flight. In 2-3 minutes, the connection crashed and the helmet screen does not update. Then my Neo 2 is gone. The camera imagine stuck with no update for more than 10 minutes. Disaster. I updated the firmware while buying Neo 2 at the dealer earlier before the fight. The latest firmware or whatever causes the connection between the helmet, Neo 2 and the remote control not work. Got Neo 2 less than 3 hours and it is gone. DJI reached me out many times, and keep refusing the connection lost do cause my Neo 2 gone. DJI said the log shows my NEO 2 crashed at landing while I did not see my drone landing nor flying down at all. My imagine stays at NEO 2 up high over the air. Very disappointing experience than my Mavic air. Saw may unboxing videos and believed it is a great drone…. As long as it works normal.

Ipad worked fine with DJI controller before.When ios 15 beta was released, there was a user warned DJI that the ipad won’t connect with the controller on the forum. Now ios 15 is officially released, and my ipad can’t connect with the controller any more.I tried many ways, even get a new ipad.New ipad works fine connecting to the controller until i update to ios 15.So…..either DJI find the problem, or never update your ipad to ios15!
