This is the first time I have used this app. After the license was taken, I couldn't get it. After contacting the official, the official replied quickly and solved my problem smoothly.💯💯💯

My OW certificates wasn’t shown on the app for days. But I have temporary eCard. Have emailed to the customer service, then they fix my problem, now my eCard be shown on the PADI app after I mailed the next day.
