Been playing for over a year and have seen the introduction of 4 new heroes, a new gearing system, a backstab feature , a guild system with raid bosses and many other upgrades and QOL changes. The game still has a way to go before it can compete with other big names, but it’s on its way. I think expanding on PvP would be the best direction to go. This game already bucks the mainstream gacha vibe (Waifus in bikinis). It’s a dark fantasy vibe with gritty heroes and blood spatter. So, just lean into that! Go full grit and violence. Make real time arena a thing. Also guild vs. guild pvp. Cheers!
