Wisely choice of your travel partner

I have to say this is a very nice travel partner with reasonable price for the package. And the customer service is always online and helping, especially the servicer Anju. It will be my first choice for future traveling! I bought the amount of packages was way more than I used and I didn’t asked for refund. And guess what? I received the points for future purchase. Anyways, if you’re hesitating if you should use this, you ahould!

Getting online was easy

I think setting up was easy except for the fact that it started to activate immediately when I installed the eSIM. The rates were great except that the speed was not as fast after clicking or searching for something. Otherwise it works.

Horrible connection

Data was likely purposely throttled and would disconnect every 20 minutes or so. Contacted CS and all you get is repeated canned messages. But no action was done to improve the issue. Would give 0 stars if possible.
