There’s no proper handover, and I have to explain everything from the beginning again and again. I u know without tabby +, the card payment, you cannot split into 4 months. I was wondering why there is a large amount still due. I inquired about it, and they told me ask the shop, and provide me with the date. Which there was no such charge like that. The shop shows me my purchase with Tabby in November 2025. I thought it was an app glitch. And finally one of the tabby staff found out the tabby + was canceled once there was no free trial. I wasn't aware of this. And there is no understanding of wrong direction that they are leading me in the very beginning to cause this trouble! Therefore I rate them 1 star
