However, I still cannot access it. I have paid the yearly subscription fee. I have contacted the service team, but their response is still automated. The issue persists. I accidentally purchased a yearly subscription and have not used the app at all (usage is zero).I already contacted customer support to request a refund, but I have not received any response.The subscription process is misleading, and I hope customer support can respond and resolve the refund issue as soon as possible.

Not any better than free chat gpt. Developer says it offers “different features” than ChatGPT: if so, specify what those features are? Cuz there’s no paid features that I can’t find on free ChatGPT.
