Within the last year the company website and APP have made it very difficult to access accounts. With users not having the same mobile number forever I’ve noticed it extremely difficult to access my accounts and there is no consistency or integration when using PayPal globally. Needs to be more global integration with PayPal and openness when trying to access the APP, website, and adding new mobile numbers or accounts to ones profile. Major flaw that needs to be addressed. Provide other options of verification for users and make it easy for users to access their accounts and allow new international mobile numbers to be used.

I lost $76,994.4 with PayPal, I am operating an online tutoring company, they seized the money by saying I help the students to cheat with their exams. I spent $12,000 on attorney’s fee for over last one and half year, and I failed to bring them to court because the user agreement says I can’t sue them instead of an arbitration, so court denied my sue according to the agreement with PayPal. Then PayPal is now changing me $6000 extra to compensate their attorney’s fee. The arbitration fee might cause me more than $20,000 or even $30,000 plus the attorney’s fee. So I stopped here, because the arbitration organization is very close relationships with the PayPal, if I lose I can’t get the money back plus I the extra arbitration fees that I spend.
