I purchased in-app service to get offline example sounds.While I download the example sounds, it always stopped around 30% and after that, I have to download it on and on.It seems not able to have to 100%.Please help to fix the bug.Thanks.
開發者回覆 The sound files are just really big.It keeps trying until it downloads, but it will time out if it in the background or goes to sleep. There is the possibility that there are corrupted files, though. That would mean you need to backup your bookmarks and reinstall the app. Contact support@enfour.com
