Refund Issue

I originally signed up because the service appeared to be free. However, without realizing it, my account was later converted into a paid subscription and charged automatically. What frustrated me most was that the email notification was sent on the same day the charge was processed, leaving me with no reasonable time to cancel before being billed. I checked my inbox the next day, discovered the charge, and immediately contacted customer support to cancel on the very first day of the subscription.Despite multiple attempts to explain the situation, the company refused to provide a full refund or make a reasonable exception. The entire experience felt unfair and disappointing.Be very careful when downloading and using this software, and make sure you fully understand the subscription terms before signing up.

Awesome highlighting options but search could be better and highlighting across pages is on my wish list. Other then that, awesome! God bless!
