I've been playing on and off for almost 20 years, and recently I've been trying to get my account back but haven't been able to. Even after getting it back, my game level has been reduced (it was already maxed out at 99). If there are any administrators left, please return my real account to me. My restaurant name is: minihall1226

As the title says, my “gems”accumulated to 74, but the next time I open the game, they only become 64. I urge the game company to take this seriously, as this has happened twice already. If I had lost gems earned with real money, I would be furious.
