Dear Candy Crush Support Team,I am writing to express my growing frustration with the direction the game has taken in recent stages. As a long-time player and supporter of Candy Crush, I have enjoyed the game’s engaging levels and challenges over the years. However, I’ve noticed a concerning trend that is affecting the overall user experience. In recent updates, the difficulty of levels has significantly increased, often to the point where success feels less based on skill or strategy and more dependent on luck — or more accurately, on purchasing additional boosters and moves. At the same time, the availability of free boosters and rewards has noticeably decreased. This combination strongly suggests an aggressive push for users to make in-game purchases, which comes across as exploitative rather than rewarding. While I understand that Candy Crush is a free-to-play game and that monetization is part of the business model, there should be a balance between offering a challenge and maintaining fairness for players who choose not to pay. Currently, it feels like that balance has been lost.I hope you take this feedback into consideration. A more user-friendly approach, where dedication and skill are still fairly rewarded, would go a long way toward keeping loyal players engaged — without making them feel pressured to spend money just to progress.Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing improvements in future updates.
