I am giving one star because there’s no options as zero star. I had a difficulty opening the app. It was simply loading nonstop. The customer service, his name goes by Bowl on email, however, insisted to get my UID which I need to open my app to get it. So at this part we can see the poor training and understanding their staff is. Then I explained the situation how I couldn’t get the UID nor by asking other accounts on my friendship because I do not know them in person. Then this Bowl guy started giving me a healthy dose of attitude by saying he certainly cannot help me because I haven’t provided any information from my side. Honestly, thank you for brining this up because I then just realized you, as a part customer service, wouldn’t expect customer’s need, wouldn’t switch role with customers, and you on the other hand, blame the customer for not knowing how you work! With horribly delayed replies all the time of course. From your staff Bowl’s attitude, his professional actions, and his lack of soft skills in customer service, I do not recommend this game because their staffs are eventually the people who ruin the whole good experience.
