Customer support takes one day to response once

A simple issue, take them a day to response each dialogue. They keep asking question that they should have already know the answer if they think twice. It is already the forth day now and my phone number is still not activated. How am i suppose to have confident using their service? Not even simple customer service they can handle.

I got 4 numbers in total cancelled within 2 days regardless of whether I paid with a prepaid visa card or a legit KYC’d card that comes with my bank. Majority of my friends got their numbers canceled too. Hushed seems to be in the business of “wasting your time”. Not recommended!

Turns out the “I agree” button in our terms of service was playing hide and seek on smaller screens, making it tricky for some users to sign up. We’ve fixed that. Signing up is now smooth, simple, and exactly how it should be.
