The Georgia Gateway mobile app allows users to securely access their SNAP, TANF, MA, CAPS, or WIC case information on any mobile device. It provides easy, self-service access to case details and general information about Gateway programs and services.
Description:
- “Create Account” allows users to create a new account.
- “Manage Account” allows users to edit their account information on their mobile devices.
- “Account Linking” allows users to link an existing case.
- “View Notices” allows users to view their notices in a PDF format.
- “Upload Document” allows users to upload verification documents through their mobile device.
- “View My Benefits” allows users to check the status of a case by program.
- “Application Status” allows users to check their application status after they have applied online.
- “Frequently Asked Questions” provides users access to general information about the mobile app.
- “Notification Preference” allows users to update and modify their notification preferences.
