This app has 3 courses:
1) My Best Possible Self Challenge
A series of daily mindset exercises that can help you build positive habits and improve your life!
2) Design My Life Masterclass
This course provides the Plan, the Process, and the Platform that you can use to literally transform your life in virtually any area!
3) Mediterranean Magic Challenge
The Fun Way To Adopt A Heart-Healthy Diet With The Mediterranean Diet! This includes mindfulness exercises to develop a health attitude and awareness of what you are eating, tips, recipes, and more!
Before beginning the content in this app, I was in a dead-end job, working 60-70 hours a week, struggling to pay my bills, my wife and I had divorced after a 30-year marriage, I was significantly overweight (considered medically obese), and had extremely high cholesterol (235 with LDL “bad” cholesterol of 156).
After implementing the content contained within this app, I am now CEO of a multi-million-dollar business, I’m engaged to the love of my life, I have lost 40lbs, I have a heart-healthy cholesterol level (145 with LDL “bad” cholesterol of ONLY 75), and I’m living a life of purpose, and having a ton of fun on this journey!

Subscription based plan(s) - a recurring payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
