更多 I wish I could give zero stars. Bought one of the newer waterproof running shoes. I live in Taiwan and the company shipped them from HK. They misprinted the address on the shipping label, causing problems for the package at customs and didn't tell me that SF Express has an archaic system where they need to call the customer to verify their information. My shoes ended up getting sent back to the warehouse in Hong Kong. For a company that regularly ships to many countries including Taiwan, of which I am a foreign resident, it is unacceptable not to inform customers about this.
