You can also use your app to record and save details of your workouts. During your training session, you can track exercises performed. The simple search functionality make it easy to find hundreds of exercises. And watch videos to see proper form, and record sets, reps, weight, rest etc.
Use your app to request personalised workouts from your trainer. You can talk to your trainer via your app. Plus, you can commit to your next workout, setting a date and adding it to your calendar app automatically.

Your member app helps you get more value from your gym membership. Even when you're travelling or not able to visit in person. Get access to a range of on demand workouts and classes through your app.
Gym access
When visiting your club, you can use your app to generate a dynamic QR code. This code can be scanned for entry.
