Morph Rest is a MacOS application with a focus on scheduled break reminders. Too busy working that you forget to take a break, to drink water, or to move around? Install Morph Rest, we will provide personalized rest rules and remind you to take breaks in time. You can set your preferred work and rest durations. When it's time for a break, Morph Rest will display a reminder screen and count down to make sure you get your rest.
