So as the title.In the web, I cannot book the ticket successfully because when I select the date then there is no selection of time for me to select. And I have tried for many times.And in the app, I cannot see the seat map. It is always 403 forbidden.It really makes me angry!

I spent 8 hours queuing for BIGBANG tickets, and with only 2,000 people left ahead of me, I was suddenly logged out and forced to line up all over again. This is an absolutely terrible user experience and flawed system design.

The issue has remained unresolved for two whole months. They keep dragging things out by sending nothing but canned responses. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
