paid for full function, But after reconnecting Bluetooth each time, it works for about 4 hours, then it stops receiving notifications again.

The most important step is to unpair and re-pair the devices, then restart both devices. If the problem continues, please contact us at contact@merge.watch and we'd be happy to investigate further.
