YOMU helps families turn reading into a habit kids actually look forward to. Independent reading gets tracked, celebrated, and tied to real-world rewards your family creates together - so the motivation comes from inside your home, not from a screen.
YOMU is the first reading app built for the whole family, not just kids. Parents can have their own profile, track their own reading, and earn rewards too. Because the best way to raise a reader is to be one - and now the whole family can be in it together.
One device works for everyone. Add a profile for each child and one for yourself, then switch in a tap. Perfect for younger readers who don't have their own phone, and for families who want shared reading moments.
How it works:
Readers log their reading time, build daily streaks, earn achievements for consistency, and discover book recommendations curated by age and interests. Time a session live, or add one manually after the fact - perfect for reading that happens away from the phone, like at school. As they read, they earn gems, which the whole family can redeem toward rewards you create together. Reading becomes something the family does, celebrates, and rewards together.
Free forever for tracking. An optional subscription unlocks Family Rewards for parents who want to take a more active role in motivating reading.
