Brick cars: if a player’s car stops sending updates for 2.5 seconds while the server can still hear them, their car is removed from the track instead of sitting there unresponsive to everything at 190mph Fireworks: after an online race ends, any leftover fireworks or confetti get shut off every second in the lobby and during the next race. The victory lane’s own timers are cleared too.

Multiplayer Chat Talk with other drivers in multiplayer rooms. Chat is filtered for bad language, and you can block or report any player at any time. Drafting Updates Drafting has been updated and fine-tuned, so working the draft and making moves in the pack feels better than ever. Multiplayer Official DRAFTYCAR servers are here. Four always-open rooms, one for each series: DC-RR (Rookie Rush), DC-HT (Haulin’ Trucks), DC-GN (Grand National) and DC-PC (Pro Cup). Open the Server List, pick one and you’re in. Races start on their own once a second driver joins, so there’s always a race waiting. The Server List also shows every public room hosted by other players. Drivers who disconnect now drop off the entry list for everyone in the room. Bigger entry lists are easier to follow: tap EXPAND to open the entry list full screen. The driver count now sits at the top of the lobby, next to Strength of Field. Room settings fit on a single line, and long room names no longer overlap. Private rooms are now unrated, so you can race friends without risking your rating. Smoother racing: other cars now steer and brake more like they do on their driver’s screen. Photo finishes are judged more fairly for every driver in the room. If a rating update fails to send, the game now keeps retrying until it goes through. Same WiFi rooms let you know much faster when a phone can’t reach the host. Career Mode Improvements Closing the app mid-race no longer wrecks your car when you return, as long as you hadn’t crashed or reached the white flag. Wrecks and last-lap exits still count as a DNF. Plus performance improvements and bug fixes.

ONLINE MULTIPLAYER IS HERE (BETA) Race against real players online for the first time in DRAFTYCAR 2. Multiplayer is launching as a beta, so expect a few bumps while we tune things up. Everyone needs to be on the latest version to race online. - Your screenname is shown to other drivers in online races. - Tap another player's name to block or report them. Blocked names disappear right away.

CRITICAL, TIMELY UPDATE: We are going LIVE in all major markets on Monday to coincide with a real event. We have a lot of fans eagerly anticipating this release. We could really use your assistance to get this build live in time for our official launch around the world. The launch date is important because it aligns with real world events. This build includes highly requested features, critical bug fixes and performance improvements. We found an issue with players who are requesting to delete their data. We also found some issues related to career mode that could allow players to skip large portions of the game and closed those loopholes. We also fixed several issues that would cause significant frustration by the user. There are also a lot of features added, such as car damage and AI intelligence enhancements. There are no changes to in app purchases or anything critical to passing a review. Thank you so much for the expedited review, we hope this can be ready to go before launch.
