Minor UI and across device synchronization fixes

Streamora now checks your provider details before saving them. If a server address, login or MAC address is wrong, you get a clear reason straight away instead of an empty app. Watching across more than one device now behaves. Favourites and Continue Watching stay in step, recently watched items no longer disappear on one device because another device ran out of room, and removing something only removes it where you meant to. Also: clearer first-run guidance about what you need to get started, a new privacy control for anonymous usage data in Settings, and stability fixes.
