Terrible experience – unclear pricing and poor customer support

This is one of the worst ticket platforms I have ever used. The ticket price suddenly increased to nearly three times the original estimated price before the official ticket sale even started. There was no clear explanation for this huge price increase, making the pricing feel extremely misleading and unfair.Even more disappointing, customer support is almost non-existent. I contacted them multiple times but received no helpful response. When customers have questions about their orders or deposits, they deserve timely and transparent support.I would never recommend this platform to anyone. Unless the company improves its pricing transparency and customer service, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before paying any deposit.
