The former Enso and Waveform timers are now one intuitive Meditation Timer. Choose a living Yin Yang world or resonance waveform from the new roulette-style selector, set your session, layer music and OM chant independently, add ritual bells, and save the practices you want to return to.
WALKING MEDITATION IS NOW LIVE
Take your practice into motion with seven distinct walking paths, including Open Presence, Sensory Path, Breath & Pace, Mantra Steps, and Resonance Walk. Choose an open-ended or timed walk, receive quiet awareness cues, and move between an animated orrery presence view and a live GPS map.
Your walking route remains private. Location is collected only during an active walk and stored on your iPhone.
