During today’s concert in Taiwan (October 9), many attendees reported that their light sticks remained off for extended periods. In my case, whenever I used my phone camera to take photos, my light stick would turn off. I had to reconnect it through the app to get it working again. However, throughout the entire concert, my light stick only displayed a yellow light and never changed colors.I hope this feedback helps your team investigate and resolve the issue.
