Paper records and reports can fade over time. Some online reports are only available for a limited period. When records are scattered, comparing the same health metric becomes difficult.
CareRecord keeps your original medical documents and family health records organized for the long term.
1. Keep visits, tests, treatments, medications, and measurements organized by family member.
2. Store photos, PDFs, prescriptions, and test reports with the records they belong to.
3. Scan or import documents, review the recognized text, and confirm before saving. Original attachments stay preserved.
4. Search your records, follow your health timeline, and compare test results over time.
5. Track medicines, medical devices, and supplies, including stock, storage locations, and expiration dates.
6. Export records and attachments as a ZIP file to Files or iCloud, and restore them when needed.
CareRecord is designed for organizing and reviewing health information. It does not provide diagnoses, treatment decisions, or medication advice.
In-App Purchases:
Certain features may be accessed through auto-renewable subscriptions. Please check the exact price for your region in the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. After purchasing, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.
