DROP IT. WALK AWAY. FIND IT AGAIN. Anchor turns your iPhone into a direct line back to a place you want to find again. Save your car, meet-up point, campsite, hotel, trailhead or any custom coordinate, then follow the live compass back. HOW IT WORKS 1. Drop an anchor at your current position. 2. Walk away and enjoy your day. 3. Follow the needle, distance and bearing when it is time to return. BUILT FOR PLACES WITH BAD RECEPTION Anchor uses the iPhone's satellite positioning, compass and motion sensors. It needs no map tiles, mobile data, Wi-Fi or downloaded regions. When GPS is obstructed, Step Estimate uses your steps and compass while clearly showing the growing uncertainty. EVERYTHING YOU NEED • Live direction, distance, bearing and elevation • Car, meet-up, campsite, trailhead, hotel, boat and custom anchors • Private saved-anchor vault • Editable names, categories and notes • Copy or intentionally share a saved coordinate • A full compass rose and heading readout, with or without an anchor • Manual latitude and longitude entry • Metric and imperial units • Five OLED-friendly night-vision palettes • Optional tactile guidance as you turn toward the target FREE, WITH ONE OPTIONAL UNLOCK Anchor is free with one saved anchor, which each new drop can replace, plus full guidance, Step Estimate, every safety feature and two night-vision palettes. A one-time purchase lets you keep every anchor, enter coordinates by hand and use all five palettes. No subscription. PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION No account. No advertising. No analytics. No tracking. No server. Saved anchors and sensor readings stay on your iPhone and are excluded from backups unless you deliberately share a coordinate. Anchor provides a direct-line bearing, not a turn-by-turn walking route. Always follow safe paths, signs, local rules and real-world conditions. Do not use Anchor as your only emergency or wilderness navigation tool.
