can’t log in
crocoinlake
it worked perfectly fine two weeks ago and ever since this shift4 thing pops up everything just stopped working. I can’t login. I can’t even open the app. It just crashed and I really really need to check my refund status right now. Disappointed and is really stupid. How could you develop an app that couldn’t even be opened?

TAIWAN IS TAIWAN, not “Taiwan, China”.

As a Taiwanese user, I’m extremely disappointed to see your app list “Taiwan, China”. This is not only factually incorrect, but also deeply offensive and disrespectful to our national identity. Taiwan is a free and democratic country with its own government, laws, and borders. Please remove the label “Taiwan, China” and list Taiwan independently. I would strongly recommend correcting this mistake to reflect the truth and show respect to your users in Taiwan.
The processing speed is slow and the attitude is negative, and you may not get a tax refund.

Very bad experience😿Even if you submit your application, the waiting time is very long and may be delayed until you forget that the deadline has passed.
